General Server Rules

Microphone

We require every player to have a working and clear microphone.
The only Exception is if you are playing a Mute Character which then you are still required to use /Me or Chalkboard to communicate to others.
You must also speak English/Write while playing in Forbidden RP.

Blasting music through your microphone while in the game is considered a failed RP and will result in punishment.

Intoxication
Being intoxicated or under the influence of any drugs does not excuse you from breaking the rules. If a rule is violated you will be punished.

Voice Changers

You may use a voice changer but it may not be drastic and must be used realistically.

Housing/Businesses
If you are not showing constant activity for 2 months you can lose your house or business.

During house checks if we do not get a ticket confirming your house it will be removed.
If you do not pay your taxes you will lose your business and Settlement.
You may not hand a business off to a person if you wish to not own it any longer, the business will go up auction so that somebody else may have a chance of owning said business. This will make it so that a certain group does not control a business.
If you are unable to be active for an extended time please fill out a player LOA to not risk losing properties. This goes for settlements and businesses

Failure to have money to pay will result in a loss of of your business

You may only buy 1 house and have one other gold house

Multijob/Job Rules

Jobs you can not have in a combination:

- Gunsmith and Blacksmith

- Farming Guild and Saloon

- Doctor and Farming Guild

- Doctor and Blacksmith

- Horse Trainer and Farming Guild

- Miner and Black Smith

- Blacksmith and craftsman

- Tailor and Craftsmen

- Tailor and Blacksmith

Jobs that you can have together:

Gunsmith

- Gunsmith and saloon

- Gunsmith and tailor

- Gunsmith and bird trainer

- Gunsmith and horse trainer

- Gunsmith and Doctor

Blacksmith:

- Blacksmith and horse trainer

- Blacksmith and saloon

- Blacksmith and farming guild

- Blacksmith and bird trainer

Bird trainer:

- Bird trainer and all

Horse trainer:

- Horse trainer and Gun smith

- Horse trainer and saloon

- Horse trainer and bird trainer

- Horse trainer and Doctor

- Horse trainer and Tailor

Saloon:

- Saloon and Gunsmith

- Saloon and Horse Trainer

- Saloon and Blacksmith

Gunsmith Rules:

- Gunsmiths may not make free weapons for themselves or anyone else

- Gunsmith owners must tax each employee 50% on sales

Blacksmith Rules:

- Blacksmiths may not craft rare bars and sell them to the mining shop

Doctor Rules:

- Doctors may not give away free supplies, all supplies must be sold

- Doctors may not give anyone smelling salts for personal use/you may not have smelling salts after leaving the guild

Horse Trainer Rules:

- Horse trainer may not breed import horses

Suicide RP

Suicide RP is not acceptable. You may not commit suicide or joke about suicide in the county.

No RDM
Engaging in combat with another player, whether on foot or through vehicle interactions, requires prior verbal roleplay (RP) interaction or being formally initiated into combat. It is essential to provide sufficient RP and counterplay before resorting to the use of firearms.

Exceptions:

• Witnessing close friends or family being robbed or attacked constitutes a justifiable reason to open fire in an attempt to save their lives.
• In these specific edge cases, the need for formal Verbal Initiation is subverted, acknowledging the urgency and gravity of the situation

In Forbidden Dead, there must be interaction to murder another player.

VDM
A vehicle Death Match is when you use a horse, cart, Hot air balloon, or stagecoach to kill people.

Torture RP/Erotic RP (ERP)

Torture RP requires consent in the county. The best way to do this so we as staff can help if a report comes through is by /me consenting. If you get uncomfortable with the torture RP you may /me saying something like "passes out” or “wish to withdraw"

Erotic Roleplay is allowed as both parties consent to using /me.

You Must do it in a private setting and not around other players.

You may not run around in the birthday suit(naked) in the county. The birthday suit is used for players to be spicy during ERP. Being caught in public around players who do NOT consent is considered harassment

You must get consent to all players around to do Russian Roulette, this is considered a form a suicide rp and some viewers may not want to be included.

Please do Russian Roulette in a private location and not in the middle of towns.

We do NOT allow pregnancy role-play

Taxes:

Taxes are due every 15th of the month, if you fail to pay you will lose the job

- If you are away during this time an employee may pay for you

- If you are away during this time you may open a ticket and get it sorted, you will have a week to pay or you lose. 

- If you need an loa then then loa will only last one month.

Use Of Ops

 You may not use ops to id job in county. This is very emersion breaking seeing text floating above a players head. Outfits and words should be the way people find out your profession.
